    Anxiety & Overthinking

    If your brain’s constantly on overdrive, I get it. You’re always thinking five steps ahead, questioning every decision, and wondering why you can’t just relax. Maybe it shows up as worry, panic, or feeling like you're never doing enough. You’re not broken. Your brain’s just been in survival mode for a while. We’ll work on slowing things down, getting some breathing room between you and those thoughts, and helping you feel more grounded again.

    Depression & Burnout

    You’re tired, but not just in the “I need a nap” way. It’s the kind of tired that makes everything feel heavy. Maybe you’re going through the motions, saying “I’m fine” when you’re really not, or wondering when you stopped feeling like yourself. Whether it’s depression, burnout, or something in between, we’ll figure it out together. No pressure to fix everything. Just space to be real and start untangling what’s been weighing you down.

    Life Transitions & Stress

    New job. Breakup. Move. Parenthood. Big decisions or unexpected shifts. Even the “good” changes can leave you feeling like the ground’s been pulled out from under you. If you’re overwhelmed or just trying to find your footing, therapy can give you a place to sort through it all without pretending you’ve got it handled. We’ll take it one step at a time.
