I’m considered an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t work directly with insurance. However, I can give you a monthly “superbill” (receipt) to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Some clients get a portion of their session cost back—others don’t, depending on their plan. It's best to call your insurance provider and ask:
Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?
What is my deductible, and has any of it been met?
How much will be reimbursed per session (CPT code 90837 for individual therapy)?
Is a diagnosis required?

My rate is $160 per 50-minute session. I accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is collected at the time of service, and a card is kept securely on file.

It depends on you. Some people come in with a specific concern they’d like to work through over a few months. Others are looking for longer-term support as life continues to shift and unfold. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for your goals, your schedule, and your capacity.

That’s completely okay. Some people come in knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others just know they don’t want to keep feeling the way they’re feeling. We’ll figure it out together.

Life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule. If you can’t make your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance by text, email, or voicemail. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will be charged a $110 fee, and missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are billed at the full session rate of $160.
As a one-time courtesy, I offer one waived fee per calendar year—no questions asked. After that, any missed or late-canceled sessions will be charged as outlined. A credit card is kept securely on file to cover these fees, and any outstanding balance will need to be paid before booking your next appointment.
