Hi, I’m Eden.

If there’s one thing I believe about therapy, it’s that it should feel like a conversation—not a one-sided lecture where I just nod while you wonder if you’re oversharing. (Spoiler: You’re not.)

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Pennsylvania, and I've been working in mental health and substance use treatment since 2012. Along the way, I’ve done a bit of everything—individual and group therapy, evaluations, and assessments in inpatient, outpatient, and correctional settings.

In therapy, I take a practical, supportive, and collaborative approach. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), which is just a way of saying we’ll work together to untangle unhelpful thought patterns, shift the ones that aren’t serving you, and find a path forward that actually feels right for you. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will help you figure out what works—without the pressure to “fix” everything all at once.

Outside of therapy, I’m just another human trying to keep my plants alive and my coffee cup full. I have a tendency to turn casual small talk into existential chats—one minute it’s the weather, the next we’re unpacking generational patterns (whoops). I love wandering through flea markets and thrift shops, partly for the thrill of the hunt and partly to justify my ever-growing collection of quirky little treasures. In the kitchen, I cook the same way I approach life: with curiosity, improvisation, and a generous pinch of “let’s see what happens.”

But more than anything, I value those small, unspoken moments of connection—whether with my family, a friend, or the people I help—when, just for a second, we both remember that none of us have it all figured out. And that’s okay.
